LuLu's 1st Grade

Lilly had a very sweet little musical play for her Multicultural week.  They studied Africa and did a few songs with dance and a fun story about a family in Africa.  Lilly was cast as the Wife/Mother in the story.  She did a great job.

Lilly was blessed with a WONDERFUL teacher, Mrs. Schmitt.  She was a perfect fit for Lilly and her 1st grade year.  I was lucky enough to go in each Friday and help with her class Computer Lab.  This is where they bring in the lab top computers mobile cart and each student gets work on their own.  It was a fun time for me to see Lilly in her classroom and working with her teacher and friends.  Lilly was awarded the "Three Musketeers" certificate as always being right where she needed to be in class everyday.  Her teacher said she was always up to speed, in her seat, on the right page, always where she was supposed to be all year long.  Great year Lilly LuLu!
