One last day at the beach!

We thought it would be fun to drive up the road about a half an hour for one last beach day before school started. We met a lot of our great friends up there for the day. We didn't plan to be met by a MILLION hungry bees waiting to sting anything they could land on.
Penny, I hope it was worth the trip and worth braving the bees??? It was so GREAT to see you even for a short time.
Mason was the first of our group to be tasted by the bees. We run to some dirt with our bucket of water and mad our batch of 'mud' to put on the wound. He felt very proud of himself that he had grabbed the bee and put in under the water after it stung him. He sure did "get that bee in the end" as he put it. What a good sport he was.

Amy thanks for helping me be spontantious that day. It was fun - despite the bees. Not sure about that photo though :)!

We actually had a fun day and made it to the ribbon outlet and the a few of the outlets before we went home. The kids and I had a fantastic day and as always, it was so fun to see you!
