Cookies for Santa...:-)
The kids always get to open their Christmas Eve PJ's from Grandpa and Grandma Caldwell. This is a very favorite tradition they have and wear them all day Christmas as well.
We ended our Christmas Eve by putting out the Raindeer Food on the front lawn. Some the kid's had put together in their classes at school and then we added a little of our own Oats to finish it off. The wind was blowing pretty good that night, but there was no snow to speak of anywhere. Between you and me...I rather like it that way.
We've had a nativity set the needed some working on to make it complete. The kids had a great time sanding down the blocks of wood and then putting the stickers on. I finished them off with a coat of Mod Podge. This is a great set for the kids to play with without the fear of it getting broken.
We thought it would be fun to spend some of the kid's free time from school doing a few arts and crafts. We all worked together to make a gingerbread house, that they haven't stopped eating on ever since.
