Fun and Frivolity

The weather decided to cooperate for a few moments and we were able to get outside and enjoy the wilds of wonderful West Virginia (our backyard). Hunter here has a steely look of concentration, he will be playing in machine pitch little league this year.
Kadin will be attempting kid pitch this year. He is looking forward to baseball this year, he's been talking about it all winter long.

Of course, Lilly and Mason have to get in on the action. We didn't get a picture of Mason with baseball accoutrement but he will be participating in T-ball this year, with his dad as the manager (or head coach). Yep, three boys, three teams, three levels, two parents. We are outnumbered.

After a day having some fun we went over to the church for pack meeting. Kadin was receiving his Bobcat award. He takes great pride in cub scouts and works hard at meeting the requirements. He also gets a big kick out of getting awards. We hope that he continues that feeling all the way to Eagle.

There were also a whole bunch of other little people that followed us to the pack meeting. Some were happier than others, but eventually everybody had a fun time.

Somtimes we just have to listen to mom in order to make things go a lot smoother.

And Hunter will be in cub scouts starting next year. He is just getting a taste now of all the fun and frivolity that can be had by being an active kid.
